WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your dog’s garment, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Personalized coats and custom garments are NOT returnable.

WHAT IS THE FABRIC CONTENT OF MY DOG'S WRAPRASCAL?

WINTER COATS
The 100% acrylic fibers are machine knitted in a jacquard technique. This technique creates a tightly woven fabric that is warm and very durable. The belly panel is nylon and quilted on both sides for insulation. The free detachable rain/wind shield is clear vinyl, trimmed in rayon and has a polyester web belt.
RAINCOATS
This garment is vinyl coated 100% cotton.
TERRY BATH ROBE
An absorbent 100% cotton terrycloth and cotton flannel creates this snuggly robe. A cotton classic pin stripe trim and adjustable Velcro closures completes this garment.
EXPEDITION JACKET
This garment is a combination of 100% cotton pinwale corduroy (lining fabric), nylon/polyester blend faux fur (outer fabric) and rayon/spandex (elastic belting).

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY DOG'S WRAPRASCAL?

WINTER COATS
They are machine washable and dryable and will not shrink. The quilted nylon belly panel may be washed separately. Do not iron. The free detachable rain/wind shield can be cleaned by wiping with a damp sponge.
RAINCOATS
A damp sponge will clean this garment.
TERRY BATH ROBE
Machine washable and dryable.
EXPEDITION JACKET
Hand or machine wash (delicate cycle) in cool water is recommended; then cool dry and use a warm iron where needed.


WHAT SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?

Our Wraprascals are shipped by Priority Mail with postal guarantee to reach domestic customers within 5-7 business days. International orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail.
